Prior to becoming a real estate professional I worked as an income tax practitioner, notary public, legal assistant, marketing representative and loan officer. I’ve been a real estate professional in Los Banos for 19 years, negotiating and successfully closing some very challenging transactions in traditional residential sales, probate, short sales, foreclosures, commercial, and ranch properties.
I learned early on that my job isn’t to sell properties, it’s to close escrows, meaning I do what it takes (legally & ethically) to get the job done.
I’m dedicated to my community and promote the quality of life it has to offer.
I’m currently serving as:
Director, Los Banos Chamber of Commerce (served as President for 5 1/2 years out of 11)
Co- Chair of the Merced County Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee
Secretary of Golden State Gunslingers
Los Banos Veterans Parade Committee
American Legion Auxiliary (founding member)
Native Daughters of Golden West
Los Banos Sportsmen’s Association
Advocate for Buffalo Soldiers in the National Parks Study Act
Treasurer – USA – Adaptive Water Ski & Wake sports Association
USA Water Ski & Wake Sports – Level 1 Instructor/Coach
USA Water Ski & Wake Sports- Adaptive Level 1 Instructor/Coach
Designations and Awards
Certified Relocation Specialist (I can help any where in the world)
ePro (Internet professional)
Sales Production Awards (many different levels over the years)
2014 Finalist—California Association of Realtors Champions of Home Award
(Realtors who go above/beyond duties) (170,000+ Realtors, 50 nominees, 17 Finalists)
I Change Nations – Community Ambassador Award
Chamber of Commerce – Volunteer of the Year
Reader’s Choice – Best Club President (Chamber of Commerce President)
Merced County Association of Realtors – President’s Award
Testified before US Congressional Hearing in support of Buffalo Soldiers in the National Parks Study Act, which has since become law
Family and Personal Interests
I’m married, have five adult children, six grandchildren, two standard poodles, and a cat. My husband and I have been volunteers for Water Skiers with Disabilities for 20+ years, serving as coaches and volunteers on Local Organizing Committees for Regional, National and World Championships.I served as Manager for the 2017 US DisAbled Water Ski TEAM.
We also enjoy shooting Cowboy Fast Draw, portraying the old west days, shooting wax bullets from single action six shooters at targets. It’s a great family oriented sport with the motto of Safety First, Fun Second, and Competition Third. I’m known as “C21 Peacemaker”, my husband is “The Undertaker”.
